Boost Mobile has cut up to 65% from a range of SIMs and refurbished phones this month.
Customers can save between $26 and $48 across its normally $30 or more 28-day SIMs and $45 off its usually $300 12-month SIM. At the time of writing, there is no discount applied to Boost’s cheapest 17GB 28-day SIM, its 365GB 12-month plan, or its seven-day starter plan.
See below for all of Boost’s plans eligible for discounts:
It’s important to note that while customers will get a discount on all the above 28-day SIMs, the next recharge will be charged at full price. The same holds true for the discount 365-day long expiry plan, but you won’t pay full price until next year.
All these SIM-only plans include unlimited calls and texts, international calls, data rollover and 5G access. This sale is only for new activations and these must be made online.
Boost is a network reseller with full access to Telstra’s network, which currently covers 99.7% of Australia. This means you’ll still get the same widespread coverage if you switch from Telstra to Boost, unlike other Telstra MVNOs like Belong and ALDI Mobile.
If you’re looking for a phone to go with your heavily discounted new SIM, Boost has also slashed the prices of its refurbished devices. Here’s how much you’ll now pay across an assortment of refurbished smartphones, like iPhones and Galaxy models, from Boost:
| Phone model | Discounted price | Original Price |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone SE 2020* | From $203.15 | From $239 |
