Vodafone unveils EOFY savings for SIM-only plans and devices

EOFY savings often feel like Christmas in July and Vodafone is delivering the goods early this year.

With huge deals across a range of devices and plans, we've outlined the best deals and calculated just how much you can save across iPhones, Motorola, Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy devices, plus SIM-only plans.

EOFY deals on SIM-only plans

This EOFY you can save $10 per month on plan fees for the entire year thanks to Vodafone. This means a Small SIM-only plan will cost just $39 per month over a 12 month period and comes with 100GB of data, which is double than usual.

The other deal Vodafone has running for its SIM-only plans is half price for the first six months.

These deals cannot be used in conjunction with one another so we've done the math on both deals to work out which will save you more. By committing to a full year, Vodafone's half price for the first six months deal is a better option than if you were to get $10 off per month for the full 12 months.

Plus, if you find a better deal elsewhere, you can simply switch mobile providers after the six-month promo period ends. But if you leave any earlier than that, you will forfeit any remaining discounts.

EOFY deals on devices

Vodafone has slashed prices across several phone brands this EOFY. The main caveat is you must stay connected for at least 36 months to get the maximum saving. Otherwise, a cancelled plan will result in forfeiting the savings and you'll need to pay for the device in full.

$558 off iPhone 16 models

Customers taking out a new plan with Vodafone on any iPhone 16 model will save a total of $910 for the duration of their plan. Savings are calculated based on a $558 discount off the device, plus $10 off plan fees per month for 36 months.

Below we have compared the top plans across Telstra, Optus and Vodafone for each iPhone 16 device. Vodafone is the cheapest telco for any iPhone 16 model by at least $14.72 per month:

$350 off iPhone 14

If you don't need the latest iPhone but still want to upgrade, Vodafone is slashing $350 off an iPhone 14 until June 30. All up with the plan discount, you can save $760 over 36 months.

There are a few stipulations, however. The discount only applies to the 128GB storage variant and it's only available in the Midnight (Black). iPhone 14 supports eSIM, is 5G compatible and comes with three free months of Apple TV+ and Apple Music.

For an easy comparison between the Big Three telcos, below are all the available iPhone 14 plans for a 128GB device on a 36-month plan:

$300 off Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra

For those interested in the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, you can get $300 off this device this EOFY. All you have to do is sign up for a new plan before June 30 and commit to 36 months to reap the benefits.

For $1,290 in extra value, you can also trade in a 1TB Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra device deemed to be in good working order. This includes $790 for the device and $500 in bonus credit. All up with the device discount, trade-in bonus, bonus credit and discount on plan fees, you'll save $1,950 saving over 36 months.

$250 off Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge and S24 FE

If you can't afford a phone outright or you're looking for a device that's cheap, the Motorola moto g35 has an excellent deal this EOFY.
