HMD Global, the relatively new owners of the Nokia name, are set to revive the classic 3310 as a feature phone according to prolific leaker Evan Blass.
While we don't know exactly what form the new 3310 will take, HMD is holding a press conference on February 26 as part of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona where the company is set to spill the beans. Here's hoping the rebooted 3310 is just as indestructible and long-lasting as the original.
According to Blass, HMD's 3310 should retail for around $80.
HMD is also expected to unveil two more Android devices, the Nokia 5, and Nokia 3. Both are said to be entry-level devices.
HMD acquired the Nokia name in May last year. To date, HMD has released two devices under the Nokia moniker: the Nokia 150 and the Nokia 6. The Nokia 150 is a budget feature phone that sports a 2.4-inch screen, a VGA camera, and 22 hours of battery life, while the Nokia 6 is a midrange Android-powered smartphone that's currently only available in China.
