Kogan Mobile is offering a 12GB prepaid plan for $4.90

Kogan Mobile is hoping to nab a few new customers by temporarily offering all of its 30-day recharges for just $4.90. As such, the telco's Extra Large plan (unlimited talk and text, 12GB of data) is available for 90% off.

The offer runs until November 14, and is only available to new Kogan customers. Since you're only able to get the discount on a 30-day recharge, you'll be back to paying full rates after a month. To get the deal, you'll need to sign up for a SIM starter pack through the Kogan Mobile website. 

The following plans are all currently available for $4.90

• Small: 1GB of data, normally $16.90
• Medium: 3GB of data, normally $29.90
• Large: 8GB of data, normally $36.90
• Extra Large: 12GB of data, normally $49.90

All Kogan Mobile plans included unlimited talk and text.
