Good deal: $49 for 60GB from Telstra, plus $10 off all handset plans

Telstra has joined today’s Click Frenzy madness with some seriously good limited time deals.

Until 4pm AEST on May 23, Telstra is offering 60GB for $49 per month on a 12-month SIM-only contract. Usually $69 per month with only 30GB, this plan comes with data-free streaming of Apple Music, AFL, NRL, Netball and My Football live passes, and free access to Telstra Air WiFi hotspots. The plan also includes no excess data charges and an unlimited supply of “peace of mind” data (data slowed to speeds of 1.5Mbps) to use if you go over your monthly cap.

If you want to get a phone with a plan, Telstra has also taken $10 off every mobile handset plan and lease, again until May 23. Handsets covered by the discount include the new Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10e, the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR, the Google Pixel 3 and the Huawei P30 Pro.
