amaysim is once again offering 2GB for $10 on a 28-day recharge, which could be a great option for anyone who doesn't need heaps of data. $10 will typically only buy you 1GB, which makes this plan a solid deal.

This promo is available exclusively through WhistleOut, by clicking the Go To Site button in the above widget. Better yet, you'll get your first month for just $5. The offer runs until July 31, but you'll keep your 2GB allowance for the life of your plan. amaysim is powered by the Optus network.

Here's a look at how the plan compares:

By and large, spending around $10 with any other provider will only get you 1GB. It is however worth noting that amaysim's plan is sold as 28-day recharge, which means you will have to top up 13 times per year. Woolworths Mobile, for comparison, sells its $10 recharge on a 30-day expiry, which means you'll only top up 12 times per year.

If you're okay with spending a little extra, numobile's $15 SIM-only plan is worth considering. Your money will get you 3GB per month on a no-contract basis. numobile is powered by the Telstra network.
