Vodafone has the cheapest plans out of the three major telcos, and to further that the provider is taking 50% off plan fees for your first three months on your new iPhone 13 plan.
Pre-order any of the latest iPhone range through Vodafone before September 30, and get your SIM plan price halved for the first three months on plans up to $65 per month. In addition to the discount, each plan comes with a generous amount of bonus data that stays with you for as long as you’re connected. Here is how much bonus data to expect;
- $40 Lite Plan ($20 during discount period): 10GB + 30GB bonus data
- $45 Lite Plan ($22.50 during discount period): 30GB + 50GB bonus data
- $55 Super Plan ($27.50 during discount period): 60GB + 140GB bonus data
- $65 Super Plan ($32.50 during discount period): 100GB + 200GB bonus data
Below are Vodafone’s iPhone 13 (128GB) plans available to pre-order now. For other models, and a comparison to the other major telcos check out our Vodafone iPhone guide.
The only exception to the bonus data, and 50% discount is the $85 Ultra+ plan which is Vodafone’s (and Australia’s) first truly unlimited plan. This plan gives you uncapped, unlimited data, at full speeds. If you opt for this plan during pre-orders you’ll get $20 off your monthly fee every month that you stay with the plan bringing it down to $65 per month for all-you-can-eat data.
While these discounts only last for the first three months of your plan, it is worth noting that Vodafone mobile contracts are contract-free. When you get to the end of the discount period you are free to drop down a plan level.
Even without the discounts, $40 per month for 40GB on a major telco is exceptional value. $45 with Optus will get you 20GB, and $40GB on a Telstra plan will set you back $55 per month.
In addition to these discounts, Vodafone is also offering up to $150 of trade-in credit in exchange for eligible devices until October 31, 2021.
