Vodafone is doubling the data allowance on select plans until June 2. Even better, this deal stacks on top of another bonus 1GB of data deal that Voda is currently offering on most of its plans until June 10.
The double-data portion doesn’t apply to everything available from the telco, but there’s still a good variety of choice.
These are appetising deals for the data-hungry. This is definitely worth checking out if you're coming up to the end of your contract, or are out of contract and looking for a new phone.
Note that these are Vodafone's RED Plans, which come with 300 minutes of international calls, $5 per-day roaming in 47 countries, and, if you go for the contract options, a choice of free subscription to Stan, Spotify Premium or the SMH.
2-year contract + phone
If you want a new phone then a 24 month contract is a common way to get one for cheap. Here are the two phone plans with double data, that include an option for a subsidised phone.
Note that these are the base plan prices before any monthly phone repayment cost is added. Further expenses will vary depending on the phone you choose.

SIM-only
These plans don't include a phone, but are cheaper than the subsidised plans and don't require any long-term commitment. You can quit with one month's notice, but keep up with your subscription and you'll get double data for two years.
