Xbox One S controller

As part of its Click Frenzy sale, Telstra has cut the price of Xbox All Access by $5 per month, bringing the cost down to $22 per month.

Xbox All Access is a partnership between Telstra and Microsoft that lets customers bundle an Xbox One onto their mobile or broadband plan as an entertainment option. Xbox All Access also includes Ultimate Game Pass, Microsoft's Netflix for game subscription service which gets you access to over 100 titles across Xbox and PC - even new releases such as Gears Tactics and Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

The discount only applies to Telstra's entry-level Xbox All Access plan, which gets you a 1TB Xbox One S. The model in question still has a disc drive, as opposed to the slightly cheaper digital-only Xbox One S.

If you're keen to get the deal, you'll end up paying $528 across a 24-month term. Given Game Pass Ultimate is valued at $15.95 per month, the discount effectively means you're getting at Xbox One S for $145.20. That's pretty good, considering the console typically retails for $379 outright.

This offer is available until May 25.

You can only get an Xbox through Telstra if you're already an existing customer. If you're not but are willing to change, you may want to consider one of its other Click Frenzy offers.

For example, Telstra is currently offering a $10 per month discount on all postpaid mobile plans, which lasts for your entire first year with the telco. This means SIM-only plans now start at $40 per month with 30GB of data, which is the best offer we've seen from Telstra to date. Your plan will go back to full price after 12 months, but since it's contract-free, you can always leave whenever.

You can also pair these plans with a new phone, but the same catch applies: you'll only save for the first 12 months of your plan.
