Telstra has expanded its end of financial year discounts by slashing the prices on its top two SIM-only plans. This brings its 100GB plan down to $65 per month, and its 150GB plan to $85 per month.
This discount is applied in the form of a $15 per month credit that lasts for your first year with Telstra, after which you'll pay the full price. Telstra's plans are contract-free, however, so you're able to leave at any time.

This offer is available to both new and existing Telstra customers, and will be available until June 30.
Customers can also add a device to these plans. Once again, the discount will only last for your first year with Telstra, which means you'll end up paying the full plan price for the remainder of your handset repayment term. Of course, given Telstra's contract-free plan structure, you can drop to a cheaper plan tier after your discount runs out.

Notably, the two discount plans are the only mobile plans in Telstra's range where 5G is a standard feature. After June 30, customers on all other Telstra plans will need to pay an additional $15 per month for 5G connectivity.
