Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy Note 10 at one of its trademark Unpacked events in New York on August 8 at 6am AEST (August 7 at 4pm, New York ET). The event teaser includes an S Pen and a single camera lens, which appear to form an exclamation point.
While this isn't much to go on, there have already been plenty of Galaxy Note 10 leaks and rumours. Samsung has typically only launched Galaxy Note smartphones with one display size, but it looks like that could be changing this year. Reports from ETNews suggest the Note 10 will be available in both a 6.28-inch and 6.75-inch model. Both will be available with 4G, and a 5G variant of the larger phone is also on the cards. It's not yet clear if the smaller Note 10 will be available with 5G connectivity. Leaks suggest the larger Note 10 will be called the Note 10+.
In addition, Samsung is expected to axe the headphone jack on the Note 10, which would make it the first Note device without a 3.5mm port. Physical buttons could be getting the cut too, with rumours suggesting that exterior features like the volume rocker and power button will be replaced by pressure-sensitive areas. It's likely that these will be highlighted by a different texture or a raised bump.
Purported images of Galaxy Note 10 photos shared by TechTalkTV suggest the phone will have a camera cut-out similar to the Galaxy S10, but it will be centred at the top of the screen, rather than aligned to the right.
Here is the first look at the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ It'll be called the Galaxy Note 10+ and not the Note 10 Pro as previous rumors have suggested. https://t.co/YBqM4qZ6i3 pic.twitter.com/WwEClducEk

A photo of the back shows the phone will have three rear-facing cameras, but it's too blurry to provide much other detail. If this is the case, we'd assume these will be similar to the Galaxy S10 and include a primary lens, a zoom lens, and a wide-angle lens. We also wouldn't be surprised if the Note 10 has a Time-of-Flight camera for depth-sensing capabilities.
