Realme today local pricing and availability for the Realme 7 Pro smartphone which you can charge from flat to full in 34 minutes.
Dubbed SuperDart charging, the latest device's 4,500mAH battery can go from 0-100% in around half an hour, 0-50% in 12 minutes and 0-13% in 3 minutes.
According to the manufacturer, a full charge should last for up to 22 hours of video play time which is quite the number, especially considering that the latest iPhone series is predicted to last between 15 and 17 hours under the same circumstances.
22 hours of screen time coupled with the super fast charge pretty much makes it impossible to use the "sorry my phone died" excuse ever again, which is a win for society in general.
Apart from the battery aspect, the Realme 7 Pro comes with some promising specs, including a Snapdragon 720G processor, a headphone jack, a TUV Rheinland safety tick, and a quad rear-facing camera set up.
The Realme 7 and 7 Pro are the first smartphones to have gone through and passed the TUV Rheinland Smartphone Reliability Verification, although only the 7 Pro will be available in Australia.
You’ll also get a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a generous 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, NFC payment through Google Pay, and a dual SIM card slot with extra space for an external SD card.
On the rear the handset has a primary lens (64MP) + ultra wide angle lens (8MP) + macro lens (2MP) + portrait lens (2MP), as well as a 32MP selfie camera on the front. We saw some promising result from the Realme X3 SuperZoom earlier this year so it’s easy to be cautiously optimistic about this set up.
The handset will be available November 5 priced at $599 from a range of outright providers including JB HI-FI, Amazon and Kogan.
