The iPhone 16 may be the new hotness, but it's not the only fresh phone in town. Google's Pixel 9 family went on sale just weeks before Apple revealed the latest iPhone, and Optus is offering solid discounts across the entire range.

If you pick up any Pixel 9 device on an Optus mobile plan, you'll save $500 off the phone's price. This is applied as a credit across your repayment term. If you're paying off your Pixel 9 over 36 months, this works out to be a saving of $13.89 per month.

This makes Optus the cheapest option for buying a Pixel 9 on a plan. Pixel 9 plans start at $75.56 per month on Optus, compared to $86.47 per month on Vodafone.

The deal is available on all three Pixel 9 models currently available: the standard Pixel 9, the Pixel 9 Pro XL, and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
