Priced at $749, OPPO's Find X2 Lite was the cheapest 5G smartphone you could get in Australia, until today. The manufacturer has however undercut itself with the Reno 4 Z 5G, a $599 handset with - as the name suggests - 5G connectivity.
Key specifications for the Reno 4 Z 5G include a 6.5-inch 1080p+ 120Hz display, a MediaTek MT6873 processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of non-expandable storage, and a 4,000mAh battery. The phone's quad rear-camera configuration is made up of a 48MP primary lens, 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP depth lens. Unlike many phones these days, the Reno 4 Z 5G still has a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Reno 4 Z 5G is joined by the Reno 4 5G, a slightly beefier model featuring a faster processor, an improved sensor behind its 48MP lens, and faster charging. OPPO says you can top up the Reno 4 5G battery from flat to 60% in just 15 minutes. However, the more affordable Reno 4 Z 5G has an edge when it comes to display, thanks to a faster 120Hz refresh rate.

The phone's three rear-camera configuration is made up of a 48MP primary lens, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 2MP depth lens. Unlike the Reno 4 Z 5G, the Reno 4 5G doesn't have a headphone jack.
