Motorola has been making flip-phone style foldables since 2020, but it has taken until today for the brand to announce a larger book-style foldable to compete with the likes of Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold family.
Dubbed the Razr Fold, the handset features a 6.6-inch external display and unfolds to reveal an 8.1-inch internal display. In both cases, the displays are 0.1-inch larger than what you'd find on a Galaxy Z Fold 7.
While Motorola is only teasing the device right now, it has confirmed camera specifications. There are three 50MP cameras on the back: a primary, an ultra-wide, and a 3x zoom lens. These are joined by a 32MP selfie camera on the external display, and a 20MP selfie camera on the internal display.
Otherwise, the only other thing we know about the Razr Fold is that it will support the "Moto Pen Ultra Stylus".
Motorola has yet to confirm any information regarding other specs, pricing, or launch timing. A Motorola Australia spokesperson told WhistleOut the company doesn't have any "additional information to share regarding Australian availability".
Most Razr foldables have launched in Australia, but Motorola only launched the "standard" variant of its 2025 Razr locally, skipping over the more premium Ultra variant.
