"Misty Lavender" Huawei P30 Pro now available in Australia

Huawei revealed two new P30 Pro colourways at the start of last month, and one of these is now available in Australia: Misty Lavender.

The finish utilises a two-tone surface, similar to what we've seen on devices like the Pixel 3. The area surrounding the camera lens has a high gloss finish, while the rest of the device is a fingerprint-resistant matte surface.

At this stage, the Misty Lavender P30 Pro is exclusively available through Mobileciti. Huawei says less than 1,000 units will be sold in Australia. These will come bundled with a case blinged out with Swarovski crystals. Mobileciti is selling the Misty Lavender P30 Pro for $1,399 - a $200 discount on the P30 Pro's launch price.  

While all P30 Pro devices will be upgraded to Android 10 (running Huawei's EMUI 10 skin), the Msity Lavender P30 Pro still ships with Android Pie. A Huawei spokesperson told us the Android 10 / EMUI 10 update will be made available to Australian P30 Pro owners later this year, but an exact date has yet to be confirmed.
