Foldable phones tend to come with sky-high price tags, but Optus' new deal might make Google's latest foldable a bit more palatable.
Until January 13, customers signing up to a new Optus mobile plan can save $1,000 on a Pixel 10 Pro Fold. That brings the phone's price down to $1,699, which is more in line with a conventional slab phone.
This discount is applied over the length of your phone repayment term. If you opt for a 36-month plan, you'll save $27.78 per month. Alternatively, you'll save $41.67 per month on a 24-month term. This means pricing starts at $102.18 per month for a Pixel 10 Pro Fold on a 36-month plan with 50GB of data.
Just note that if you leave this plan early, you'll need to pay out the remaining value of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold and will forfeit any remaining monthly discounts.

Customers can also add a 41mm Pixel Watch 4 to their Pixel 10 Pro Fold plan for $0 per month, or a 45mm variant for $2.74 per month. This does, however, require adding Optus' $10 per month Watch plan, which allows number sharing between a phone and a smartwatch.
This offer also runs until January 13.
