Internode adding 50GB to plans at no extra cost

Popular Aussie ISP Internode is changing its plans in the best possible way, with 50GB of data per month added to several mid-tier offers, and no increase in tariffs.

The ISP’s Easy Naked 200 plan is now its Easy Naked 250 plan, at the same $79.95 price point. It’s Easy Broadband 50 and 200 options have also been bumped up by 50GB, but remain $59.90 and $79.90 respectively.

Several plan options have also been removed altogether. Internode’s old Easy Naked 30 and 60 options have been axed, while its Easy Broadband 100 plan at $69.90 is also dumped in the re-shuffle.

Internode is advising that a 24-month contract is required for entry level plans (Easy Naked 150 and Easy Broadband 100), but that existing customers can switch to these plans on a month-by-month basis.Old plans

The changes move Internode completely out of the sub-$50 low-data category, but it remains competitive among plans with 100GB and above.
