Virgin Mobile is shutting down. We can help you find your next plan.

June 2018: The Virgin Mobile brand is being phased out and plans are no longer available to purchase. The information on this page refers to plan details before this announcement.

What to do next

There are lots of great alternatives to choose from. Start by selecting one of the options below:

If you’re looking to change telco and are happy to sign a contract, Virgin Mobile is running a pretty good deal right now: if you're a Velocity Frequent Flyer and sign up before June 14, you'll get 10% off any plan valued at $50 per month or more (excluding handset repayment fees).

The best part is, Velocity Membership is free, so it's pretty much just a 10% off promo.

You can get a membership through the Velocity website, where you'll need to handover your basic information: name, address, phone number, et al. After you're done, you'll get a membership number that you'll provide when you're signing up for your Virgin Mobile plan. This will get you your 10% discount, a bonus 1,000 Velocity points, and you'll earn two points for every dollar you spend on your bills.

These points can be used for flights, upgrades, car hire, hotels, or through the Velocity Reward Store. You might need to save for a while to actually redeem your points though, even a $20 Myer gift card will set you back 4,500 points. But hey, that's still $20 you wouldn't have had otherwise.

Below we've got a couple of plans where you can get the 10% off.
