There's a whole host of new Nokia Android smartphones due to launch locally in May, but if you don't want to wait, HMD Global has cut prices on some of last year's devices.
Firstly, last month's Nokia 8 deal is making a return: you can get the flagship handset for $599 through JB Hi-Fi until March 15, which is a $300 discount from its regular $899 price-point. If you'd prefer it on a plan, Vodafone is offering it for $539, which can be paid off over 24 or 36 months when combined with any Red plan valued at $40 per month or more.
Key specifications for the Nokia 8 include a 5.3-inch Quad HD display, a Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, IP54 splash resistance, dual 13MP cameras, and a 3,090mAh battery.

If you're after a cheaper Nokia handset, you can pick up the Nokia 5 for $287 at JB Hi-Fi until March 15, down from $329. The Nokia 5 is also available for $249 on Telstra prepaid in a configuration with 3GB of RAM, but it is locked to Telstra's network. Telstra's unlocking fee is $80 within the first six months, $25 after, and free after two years.
Key specifications for the Nokia 5 include a 5.2-inch 720p display, a Snapdragon 430 processor, 2GB of RAM (3GB on Telstra), 16GB of expandable storage, a 13MP rear-facing camera, and a 3,000mAh battery.
