Making room on the shelves for the newer iPhone 7 handsets, Optus has this week slashed the price of the older iPhone 6s and 6s Plus stock, with some handset repayments nearly half price.
Prices across the 16GB. 64GB and 128GB variants for both the smaller iPhone 6s and larger iPhone 6s Plus have reduced across the board. Several models are now $0 on $85 per month My Plan Plus plans, including the iPhone 6s 64GB which used to cost $15 per month.
The price drop means that the cheapest iPhone 6s on Optus plans now starts from $62, though it is worth noting that the better value plans are still around $85 per month.
Anyone interested in a deal like this should act soon. Several of the cheaper iPhone 6s models are already low in stock, according to the Optus website, and the 16GB and 64GB models are soon to be superseded by a new 32GB option, already available on the Apple website.
