Woolworths Mobile is a Telstra MVNO, meaning that its plans run on Telstra’s wholesale network. Going with Woolworths means that you get cheaper access to the Telstra 3G and 4G network, but this coverage doesn’t include 5G.
While the Telstra wholesale network is smaller than Telstra proper, it still covers more of the Australian population than Optus or Vodafone. People living in rural areas should probably still go with Big T though - you can see the difference in coverage below.
