HMD's latest Nokia-branded smartphone - the Nokia 3.4 - is now available through local retailers at a budget price point of $249. In addition to being comparatively affordable, the Nokia 3.4 is the first HMD smartphone to feature a hole-punch display, giving it a more modern aesthetic than the manufacturer's previous notch-touting devices.
Key specifications for the Nokia 3.4 include a 6.39-inch 720p+ display, as Snapdragon 460 processor, 64GB of expandable storage, 3GB of RAM, and a 4,000mAh battery said to last up to two days per charge. On the back, you'll find three cameras: a 12MP primary lens, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. And hey, there's a fingerprint reader and headphone jack.
As with all Nokia Android smartphones, the Nokia 3.4 runs Android One, which means you'll get two years of major operating system updates and three years of security updates. Since it ships with Android 10, it will be upgraded to Android 12 at a minimum.
The Nokia 3.4 is available from today through retailers including JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Officeworks, and Big W. You can get it in a choice of black or blue.
