Google has set an October 15 date for its next hardware event (almost certainly October 16, AEDT), where it is set to unveil the Pixel 4. Not that there's too much left to reveal.
The lead-up to the Pixel 4 launch has been leakier than a pasta strainer, culminating with early devices ending up in detailed hands-on videos on YouTube.
There are a couple of key new features that set the Pixel 4 apart from its predecessors. These include a 16MP zoom lens that complements the primary 12MP camera, facial recognition, and motion sensing technology that will allow you to interact with the device without touching it.
Once again, the Pixel 4 will be available in two-sizes: a 5.7-inch 1080p+ standard model, and a 6.3-inch Quad HD+ XL model. We're expecting to see both available in a choice of white, black, and orange.
Other key specifications the devices are set to include are a Snapdragon 855 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 64GB or 128GB of storage. The Pixel 4 should have a 2,800mAh battery while the Pixel 4 XL should have a 3,700mAh battery.
At this stage, all we're really missing is pricing and availability.
Google is also expected to use its hardware event to unveil new Google Home speakers and the Pixelbook 2.
