Microsoft has started taking pre-orders for the 4G-enabled version of the Surface Go, it's smallest and cheapest two-in-one. If you're after an always connected version of the Surface Go, you're looking at $999 outright, which is a $160 premium over a Wi-Fi only model with the same specs.
Pre-orders will start shipping from November 22.
Other key specifications for the Surface Go include a 10-inch 3:2 display (running at 1800 x 1200), 128GB of storage, 8GB of RAM, an Intel Pentium Gold 4415Y processor, a single USB Type-C port, and a battery said to last up to 9 hours.
It will ships with Windows 10 with S mode enabled, which means it only has access to the Edge browser and apps available in the Microsoft Store by default. You can however switch to the full version of Windows 10 at no extra charge.
If you're after the Surface Pen or Type Cover keyboard to go with your Surface Go, they'll set you back an extra $139.95 each.
And if you're after a data-only SIM to go with your 4G Surface Go, here are some of our favourite plans with at least 5GB per month.
