There aren't too many choices when it comes to Android tablets, but you'll shortly have another option thanks to the Nokia T20. Manufactured by HMD - as with all modern Nokia Android phones - the Nokia T20 firmly fits into the budget category with a $349 price tag.
Key specifications include a 10.4-inch 2K display, a Unisoc Tiger T610 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, and an 8,200mAh battery said to last up to seven hours. In terms of cameras, you'll find an 8MP lens on the back and 5MP on the front.
As with HMD Android phones, you'll get two years of major Android operating system updates, three years of security updates, and a three-year warranty.
You'll be able to get the Nokia T20 from October 7 in "ocean blue" for $349. While a 4G model will be available overseas, local devices will be WiFi only.

In addition, HMD also announced the Nokia G50, a $449 5G-ready phone launching with Android 12. This makes it the first Android 12 phone to launch in Australia.
Key specifications for the Nokia G50 include a 6.82-inch 720p+ display, a Snapdragon 480 processor, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, and a 5,000mAh battery. On the back, you'll find a 48MP primary lens, 5MP ultra-wide, and 2MP depth. On the front, there's an 8MP selfie camera.
Like the Nokia T20, you'll get two years of major operating system updates, three years of security, and a three-year warranty.
The Nokia G50 will also be available from October 7 in a choice of "ocean blue" and "midnight sun".
