Optus is offering all of its mobile and broadband customers three free months of Spotify Premium as part of its Optus Perks program. Since Spotify is unmetered for Optus' prepaid and postpaid customers, mobile subscribers will be able to access the service's catalogue of 40 or so million songs without eating into their monthly data cap.
"Our goal is to connect our customers with the things that matter the most to them," said Optus Director of Product Innovation and Value Added Products, Megan Forster. "From sport, to TV, movies and music, we want to make it easy for customers to turn their phone into a personal entertainment device. That’s why we’re enriching our partnership with Spotify and bringing a new dimension to our entertainment line up with Spotify Premium."
If you're after a couple of free months of Spotify Premium, Optus' promotion runs until May 31, 2017. You can register for the bonus through the Optus Perks website. Existing or former Spotify Premium customers aren't eligible for the offer, unfortunately.
Optus Perks also allows Optus customers to nab discounted movie tickets, discounted tickets to events, and more.
