Got a Pixel phone with hardware problems? It’s now a little easier to get it fixed.
From this week, Pixel phones like the new Google Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL and Pixel 10 Pro Fold can be repaired through selected Phone Tech & Comm (PTC) stores across Australia.
As part of the partnership, PTC’s certified repair technicians will be able to offer repairs like screen and battery replacements by using genuine Google parts. Repair pricing will vary based on the nature of the work, as well as whether your device is covered by the 2-year warranty that Google includes as standard with Pixel devices nowadays.
Initially, PTC Repairs will offer in-warranty service for Google devices at 10 locations across Australia. By the end of January 2026, this figure is expected to double to 20 locations with more to follow.
In a blog post announcing the move, Google talked up the collaboration as a way of making it easier for consumers to ensure that their Pixel phone can be restored to peak performance following the unexpected.
“We know how important your Pixel is, and while we’re proud of its great quality, we also know that when things go wrong, you want a fast and reliable fix from a name you can trust.”
“From screen replacements and battery issues to faulty buttons or speakers, PTC offers comprehensive in-store repair services backed by expert care and industry-leading turnaround times,” the company said.
If you’ve got a broken Pixel phone and want to see how close your nearest PTC walk-in center might be, you can find the full list on the Google website. To get your device repaired, you’ll need to remember to bring your proof of purchase and may want to back up your data as the repair may require a factory reset.
