Vaya's big new data-only plans start at $15 for 5GB

Budget telco Vaya has refreshed its range of data-only plans, and damn they're competitive. $15 per month gets you 5GB of data, $35 gets you 15GB, $55 gets you 50GB, and $65 gets you 70GB.

For comparison, $15 gets you 2GB on Telstra and Vodafone, $50 gets get you 25GB on Optus, and $79 gets you 70GB on Jenee. While other telcos come close to Vaya at higher price-points, Vaya is easily ahead of the curve at the lower end.

You can fang a data-only SIM in a cellular-enabled iPad or tablet, 4G modem, or even a smartphone if you don't want to make calls or send SMS or MMS text messages (and use it as a personal hotspot or dedicated Pokémon Go device, for example).

Vaya is powered by Optus' 4G network.

Full plan details are below.

About this Service

WhistleOut maintains a broad list of service providers and we endeavour to include at least the top ten service providers in every category so that you can make a transparent choice. When you see a 'promoted product' or a product with a 'go to site' button it means that WhistleOut is earning a transaction click fee for the referral.
