Superloop is the latest telco to respond to COVID-19, temporarily bumping up all of its customers to unlimited data plans.

All Superloop customers who don't already have an uncapped plan will effectively have unlimited data until April 30, with the telco citing daily new traffic records on a daily basis. These changes will be made automatically, and are already in effect.

After April 30, Superloop says it will reassess the situation, leaving room for the measure to be extended.

In addition, Superloop has increased call centre capacity in attempt to reduce wait times in the event of increased demand.
