The survey ranked customer service and satisfaction by conducting personal interviews and distributing self-administered questionnaires.
Virgin Mobile announced yesterday it will be raising the cost of international calls for mobile customers – and judging by the reactions so far, customers aren't happy with the changes. The telco’s Big Cap, Big Plans and Fair Go plans will be affected by the changes, which will apply from February 28. Virgin Mobile contacted customers by email Monday and yesterday posted the announcement on the Virgin Mobile website’s community forum, causing some forum members to express their disappointment at the proposed changes.
Virgin Mobile has announced changes to its post-paid plans as of October 2nd. Although the updates aren't huge, one of the big losses for customers is the restructuring of the popular $29 Big Plan, which until now offered up to $450 of included monthly value. Under the new $29 plan, the $450 in plan value has been significantly decreased to $250, although the data allowance (250MB) will remain unchanged.
