OPPO has launched it's latest mid-tier phone in Australia, the A7 Pro 5G, featuring the biggest battery the manufacturer has put in its A-series devices yet. The handset features a 7,400mAh battery, which OPPO says is large enough for over 24 hours of scrolling TikToks or 13 hours of straight gaming.
When paired with OPPO's proprietary charger, the A7 Pro 5G also charges reasonably quickly. A ten-minute charge is enough to take it from 1% to 21%, while a 30-minute charge can take it to 51%.
Other key specifications for the OPPO A7 Pro 5G include a 6.57-inch 1080p+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max chipset, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and IP69 water-resistance. In terms of cameras, there's a 50MP primary lens and 2MP monochrome lens on the back, and a 50MP selfie camera on the front.
An OPPO Australia spokesperson told WhistleOut the OPPO A7 Pro 5G will get three years of operating system upgrades and six years of security updates.
The OPPO A7 Pro 5G is available outright now through OPPO directly and retailers including JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, and Harvey Norman. It will be available on a mobile plan through Vodafone from October 22.
