On the same day that it has launched a new, cheaper ad-supported plan, Disney Plus has increased the price for regular Standard and Premium subscribers by as much as $4 per month.
This is the second major price hike for Disney Plus Australia in just over a year after Standard increased from to $13.99 to $15.99 per month and Premium from $17.99 to $20.99 per month last February.
How much does Disney Plus cost in Australia now?
Disney Plus Standard has been increased from $15.99 to $17.99 per month, and from $159.99 to $179.99 per year if you pay annually. Disney Plus Premium has gone up from $20.99 to $24.99 per month, and from $209.99 to $249.99 per year. That's an increase of $2 per month, or $24 per year for Standard if you pay monthly, and an increase of $4 per month or $48 per year for Premium.
There is also the third, cheaper ad-supported option that launched at the same time, which costs $9.99 per month and gets you the same features as Standard, except with ad breaks and no downloads for offline viewing.
