Everyone can watch Optus Sport for free this month

When Optus snatched up the rights to the English Premier League last year, it locked out anyone who wasn't an Optus subscriber. For a limited time, Optus is giving other telcos' customers a chance to watch without having to switch.

Non-Optus customers are currently able to register for a free Optus Sport trial that will let anyone watch live Premier League until August 31, regardless of which teclo or ISP they are with. It is however worth noting that this free trial ends on August 31, no matter when you sign up.

After August 31, Optus Sport - and henceforth the Premier League - will again be exclusive to Optus broadband and mobile customers. Optus Sport is included with select plans, or a $15 add-on. Compare Optus mobile plans here and Optus broadband plans here.
