Changes are afoot at Crazy John’s – namely, the telco will be making some adjustments to their post-paid mobile plans.
The company has tweaked their Value Plans and SIM-Only Value Plans, and also added new bonus offers for customers to take advantage of if they buy online. All of the revisions and new offers are effective from today (November 14) onwards.
Most of the changes are to included Talk & Text and data amounts, with the biggest difference being the removal of the Huge $29 and Huge $39 plans. However, two new SIM-only plans are being added, as outlined below.
Another change to note is that Crazy John’s will no longer be offering the Nokia Lumia 800 to customers.
There are a number of other revisions to plan inclusions as follows:
Value Plans
- $29 Value Plan – now includes $280 of Talk & Text and 300MB of data.
- $39 Value Plan – now includes $480 of Talk & Text and 1GB of data.
Twin Value Plans
- $39 Twin Value Plan – now includes $240 of Talk & Text and 500MB of data.
SIM-Only Value Plans
- $19 Plan – now includes $280 of Talk & Text and 300MB of data.
- $29 Plan – now includes $480 of Talk & Text.
- $39 Plan – New plan launched November 14. Includes $600 of Talk & Text and 1.5GB of data. Customers also receive unlimited standard national calls to Vodafone and 3 numbers, and unlimited standard national calls to Crazy John’s numbers.
- $49 Plan – now includes $800 of Talk & Text and 2GB of data.
- $59 Plan – New plan launched November 14. Includes unlimited Talk & Text and 3GB of data.
And because everybody loves a freebie, there’s also additional bonuses on offer for customers who sign up online.
Buy a phone on a Twin Value Plan for either $39 or $59 a month over 24 months, and receive a bonus Visa Gift Card for $75.
Customers signing up to a $10 or $19 Family Value Plan can take home a Bluetooth Car Kit.
For a $29 Family Value Plan, receive a $50 Visa Gift Card, a $75 Visa Gift Card for $39, $49 and $59 Family Value Plans and a $100 Card for the $79 Family Value Plan.
SIM-only customers don’t miss out either: the $39, $49 and $59 plans all come with a $75 Visa Gift Card when you purchase through the website.
Bonus offers also extend to mobile broadband plans, with all plans $29 a month and above entitling new customers to a $25 Visa Gift Card.
All customers purchasing a Sony handset on any plan get a bonus set of Sony Headsets, as well as any freebies their plan entitles them to. Order the Samsung Galaxy S3 and receive any included plan bonuses and a free accessory pack worth $89.
