Service Description
Woolworths Pre-paid Recharge gives you great value and loads of data on a trusted 4G network. Woolworths Mobile uses parts of Telstra's 4G network.
To use this network you must first purchase and activate a Woolworths Mobile Pre-paid sim pack and can then recharge as required. Any unused Included Value will be forfeited if you recharge early or at the end of your credit expiry period. International roaming and premium services are not available.
Data Bank
Unused data will rollover into Data Bank when you recharge on the same or higher value Long Expiry Plan before credit expiry. Data Bank will be forfeited if you move to a 30 day Prepaid or SIM Only plan. Your Data Bank limit is 500GB and any unused data over that limit will be forfeited. Data bank data will be used after you have used all your Included Data. Any optional data add-ons you purchase will also rollover into your Data Bank. If you do not recharge before credit expiry, you forfeit any data in your Data Bank.
Data Gifting
Up to 50% of Included Data per recharge can be gifted to another active plan with Data Gifting feature in 1GB increment. Data, once gifted, cannot be re-gifted to any other plan. Gifted data will be utilised before Included Data and will rollover if you recharge on the same Long Expiry plan before expiry.
Speeds
Download speeds for included data are capped at 100Mbps on 4G.
Value Add-on
One-time Add-Ons provide flexibility when you need extra for one billing period only. You can choose Data, International or National Calls Add-ons when required. Unused Included value and data will be forfeited. You must have valid credit on your Woolworths Mobile Pre-paid to purchase any Woolworths Mobile Add-on.
Your Usage
You can check your usage by downloading the Woolworths Mobile App. You’ll receive SMS usage alerts on your compatible devices within 24 hours of you reaching 50, 85 or 100% of your included value for either calls or data. You can recharge your account by purchasing additional credit via the Woolworths Mobile app, online or from participating stores.

Long-expiry plans
As mentioned above, some Everyday Mobile prepaid plans last up to an entire year, otherwise known as long-expiry prepaid plans. If you set up an auto-recharge, any of your unused data will automatically be rolled over to be used within the next recharge period. If you don’t recharge before the credit expires though, the data will not rollover. You can also opt to gift any unused data to another Everyday Mobile customer.
