Relatively new telco More is dropping 30% off NBN plan fees for current CommBank customers, you’ll just need to pay using your CBA card.
Here are More’s NBN plans;
And here are what the prices come down to after the CBA discount is applied:
- NBN 25 was $66 per month - $46.20 per month with discount
- NBN 50 was $77 per month - $53.90 per month with discount
- NBN 100/20 was $99 per month - $69.30 per month with discount
- NBN 100/40 was $109 per month - $76.30 per month with discount
- NBN 250 was $119 per month - $83.30 per month with discount
Without the discounts, More’s plan prices sit relatively on-par with the market average, but with the discount they are among the cheapest per annum.
Take the NBN 50 plan as an example, currently the three cheapest plans in our database sit between just under $54 per month, all thanks to 6-month promotional discounts. More’s NBN 50 plan also sits just under $53, but the discount lasts for double the time meaning you’ll save significantly more over the course of the year than with the other providers. The case is the same across the other speed tiers.
In order to trigger the discount you’ll just need to toggle over to CommBank Customer Pricing when you sign up with More, and use a CBA card to make your payments. The discount will automatically be applied for 12-months, and after that period is over the plan fees will go back to the undiscounted rate.
Each of these plans are contract-free however, so you can cancel anytime if you decide after the year (or anytime within) that More isn’t right for you. You can also cancel within your first fortnight and get a full refund of your plan fees if you're not satisfied with your More NBN service.
More is partly owned by CommBank - hence the discounts - and is a sister business to Tangerine Telecom. Both these providers offer the same typical evening speeds, non-discounted pricing, and 14-day NBN Trial, but Tangerine doesn’t currently have any perks for CommBank customers.
