Service Description
This service is a prepaid mobile service, offered by OnePass mobile using the Optus 5G network. You need to supply your own mobile phone in order to access this service with the SIM card OnePass mobile will provide you. Make sure that your device isn’t locked to other networks.
OnePass Membership
When you sign up to an eligible OnePass Mobile plan, you'll receive a free OnePass membership for as long as your mobile plan remains active. New customers only. One membership per account. T&Cs apply.
International Extras
Purchase an International Extras pack to make standard international calls to 32 selected countries when in Australia. $5 Pack includes up to 100 minutes and $10 Pack for up to 300 minutes to standard international numbers. Unused International Extras can be rolled over, up to a maximum of 500 minutes if you add additional International Extras to your service before the expiry date.
Plan Changes
You can swap to a different OnePass mobile plan at any time. When you swap, you will keep any unexpired Extras packs and unexpired Extras credit, but you will lose your existing plan inclusions and any other credit, minutes, SMS/MMS, data, bonuses or discounts.
Spend Management Tools
You can track your account balance, and usage of your included data and any Extras packs, 24/7 through the dashboard for your OnePass mobile account.
Plan Exclusions
Some additional services are not included in plans: International calls, international roaming, SMS/MMS to overseas numbers, directory assistance and calls/SMS to premium numbers are not included with your plan, but can be purchased using different ‘Extras’ packs.
