Service Description

This Kogan Mobile Monthly Plan gives access to Vodafone 4G coverage (includes VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling capabilities). To use the service, you must first order and activate a Kogan Mobile SIM card. You can Keep your existing mobile number or Kogan can provide you with a new one.

This Kogan Mobile plan is a prepaid mobile service on a 30 days recharge cycle. Your plan will automatically recharge each calendar month on the same day of signing up to the plan unless your recharge date falls on the 29th – 31st of the month, in which case depending on the calendar month in question, the recharge date will be on the following date. Charges will be automatically deducted from your nominated payment card.

You can cancel the plan anytime. You will not need to pay an Early Exit Fee or any other charges to cancel.

International Calls & Roaming

There are no international call or roaming services included in the Plan, however you may purchase separate add-on packs to access international call or international roaming services.

Plan Exclusions

This service does not include calls made, SMS sent and Data used when you are roaming onto a network other than the Vodafone Digital Mobile Network, including Australian and international networks. Calls and SMS to international numbers, premium and re-routed SMS, voice call diverts, any form of video calls. Plus, use of the VHA Network that is for a commercial purpose or for resale by you and any voice call, SMS or MMS which is rerouted by a third party and/or re-routed to an international destination or to a premium number or service.

Data Rollover

You can roll over up to 200GB of unused data when your plan automatically recharges each month. Your included data will be used first, followed by any rolled over data. Data in excess of 200GB each month will be forfeited. If your recharge has expired and is not renewed, or you cancel or change plans, you will lose any rolled over data.

Spend Management Tools

You can check your balance, view your call history, and view your invoices in the members section of Kogan website. Plus, you can manage your account on the go with the Kogan Mobile App for iPhone and Android.

No Bill Shock

Kogan Mobile offers amazing Value with No Bill Shock. There are No hidden fees or Excess Data Charges. If Included Value or Data is consumed before 30 days has elapsed, access to data will cease until the customer recharges or purchases a data pack.

Earn Qantas Points

You can earn 1 point per eligible $2 spent with Kogan Mobile. To earn Qantas Points each time you shop at Kogan.com, you’ll need to be a member of both Kogan.com and the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. Simply add your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to your Kogan.com account to earn Qantas Points on purchases of Eligible Products made at Kogan.com.
