Service Description
This is a post-paid mobile phone service utilising the Optus Network with 4G and 5G service available in selected areas.
You will need a 4G and 5G Compatible Mobile Handset and SIM for this service. All call and data inclusions are for use within Australia only.
International Inclusions
This Plan includes $400 International call credit.
Excess Data
Dodo will not charge any excess data fees. Once you have no data remaining, your service will be slowed to a maximum of 256Kbps for the rest of that monthly billing cycle. You can purchase more data via MyDodo or upgrade your plan once per month for increased data allowance.
Data Banking
Unlimited data banking is available on this plan and allows you to rollover the data which has not been used within the billing month of usage, to the next month. Your data bank will expire if you downgrade to a non-data banking plan, or your bill is unpaid.
Monitoring your usage
View up to date information about your data usage by logging in to Account Management via Dodo website. Additionally, SMS alerts will be sent in near real-time when you are close to running out of your monthly data allowance. Once you have no data remaining, Dodo will send a final SMS to let you know and your service will be slowed to a maximum of 256Kbps for the rest of that monthly billing cycle. Dodo will not charge any excess data fees. You can purchase more data via My Dodo or upgrade your plan once per month for increased data allowance.
Add-ons
International Talk Pack: Get 100 international talk minutes to 35 selected countries for $5/month. This pack will expire at the end of your bill cycle and won't auto-renew.
Using from your service overseas
You can enable or disable International Roaming by logging in your MyDodo, before flying out to an eligible country. Dodo will charge you $10 and your $10 Daily Roaming Pack will automatically activate when you arrived overseas and use outbound calls, SMS (or MMS) or mobile data. Receiving SMS is free of charge.
Each $10 Daily Roaming Pack includes:
- 1GB of data
- Unlimited calls
- Unlimited SMS
Until midnight of the calendar date of activation or until you reach 1GB, whichever comes first.
