Service Description
This Prepaid plan is available on the Optus 4G Plus networks. Coverage availability varies depending on your device and location. The Optus 4G Plus network is available in all capital cities and hundreds of metro, regional and holiday towns with a compatible device. Check coverage based on your address and device.
Data Rollover
Roll over unused included data up to a max of 50GB if you recharge before expiry or maintain an active AutoRecharge.
International Inclusions
This Plan includes unlimited standard international calls to Canada, mainland China, France, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States.
If you need more International calls, you can add $5 Extras Credit and $15 Extras Credit for standard international calls and selected premium services (for use within 14 days). For international call rates to be deducted from your Extras Credit balance, visit Coles mobile website. Unused Extras Credit will not rollover with the next recharge.
Recharge Options
You can recharge your account online with a credit card, debit card or with a voucher from any Coles Supermarket or Coles Express across Australia. You can also recharge your account via the Coles Mobile app which can be downloaded from Google Play or App store. To set-up AutoRecharge you'll need a valid, Australian issued credit or debit card.
Track Your Usage
You can track your account balance, and usage of your included data and any Extras, 24/7 through the online dashboard for your Coles Mobile account, accessible via the Coles Mobile website or the Coles Mobile App. When you’re in Australia, you will receive alerts when you have used 50%, 85% and 100% of your included data. You will not receive alerts for usage of Extras (including Extras data packs) or any bonus data you may have received.
Things to Know
If you bring your own device, make sure it's not locked to other networks and is compatible with the Optus network. You have 90 days to recharge once your credit expires. If you don't recharge within this period, your SIM will be disconnected and you risk losing your mobile number. Included calls excludes calls to non-standard numbers (eg premium/special/satellite/overseas toll-free numbers and video calls). All for use within Australia. Optus Fair Go Policy applies.
