Foxtel shakes up pricing for broadband and pay TV bundles

If you're thinking about splashing out for Foxtel, awesome news: the company has revamped pricing for its broadband and pay TV bundles, offering customers even more monthly value. And yes, unlimited broadband is included!

Foxtel customers can select from a variety of television and broadband packages, with both ADSL and NBN connections available. If you go with an NBN plan, you can also pick your speed tier, from the standard 12Mbps up to 100Mbps downloads.

ADSL plans

ADSL bundles are priced from $91 per month with Foxtel's 45-channel Entertainment TV Pack, with plans as follows.

All plans include unlimited standard national home phone, and are available on 24-month contracts.

Total prices are based on your choice of data, and which TV package you opt for. Prices break down as follows:

200GB data: $65 or $55 per month

Unlimited data: $75 or $65 per month

Entertainment TV Pack: $26 per month

Platinum HD TV Pack: $137 per month

NBN plans

NBN bundles are, again, priced from $91 per month. Customers can build their plan by choosing from 200GB or unlimited data allowances, Entertainment or Platinum HD Foxtel channel packages, and from 12Mbps, 25Mbps, 50Mbps, or 100Mbps download speeds (depending on your data choice).

Extras and bonus offers

If you do sign on for any of the above ADSL or NBN plans as a new customer, you'll pay zero set-up costs when you commit to a two-year contract. You can also add optional extras to your plan at any time, such as data top-ups and mobile and international calling packs.

Even if you're on a 200GB data option, you'll still be able to stream limitless, data-exempt content from Foxtel services - including Foxtel On Demand and Foxtel Now - when you're connected via your Foxtel broadband.

Also awesome? If you buy online before November 4, you can claim a free 32-inch Hisense TV, plus have your iQ3 equipment fee and first month's TV pack fees waived.

What about existing customers?

The above plans and prices apply to new customers only, but if you're already a Foxtel subscriber you can add a broadband connection to your account from just $65 extra each month.

Customers who are already on a Platinum HD Foxtel TV plan can add an unlimited broadband connection for $65 per month, with no lock-in contract. You'll also receive your WiFi modem free of charge, and pay no bundle activation fees.
