Exetel is celebrating 10 years in business with a corporate redesign and a number of aggressive new NBN plans.
Residential customers can now sign up for NBN on three pricing tiers: 12Mbps, 25Mbps and 100Mbps - with prices starting from $39.95 per month for a 12Mbps connection and 100GB data.
But the best value is at the other extreme, with a 100Mbps unlimited data plan costing only $89.99 per month. This plan requires a 12-month contract and a $60 connection fee, but beyond that it is downloads to your heart’s content.
If you feel like the thought of unlimited downloads seems excessive, you can take off $10 per month and limit yourself to 500GB downloads, or cut back to $69.99 per month for 100GB at 100Mbps.
Regular old ADSL2+ is now offered in the same 100GB, 500GB or Unlimited data packages, but is less than half the price of NBN speeds, with an Unlimited connection costing only $39.99 per month; though you will need to remember to include the cost of a phone line into the total.
