Announcing the internet provider Australians rated highest overall across four separate satisfaction measures.
Vodafone wins the internet top honour for Most Satisfied Customers. There were three particularly strong contenders for the top spot, with each scoring well across all categories. In the end Vodafone took the prize, with the best overall customer satisfaction rating.
WhistleOut asked more than 1,000 Australians to rate their home internet provider to decide this award, counting a provider only once at least 50 of its customers responded and each had used the service for three months or longer. Respondents rated their satisfaction on a scale running from 1, extremely dissatisfied, to 5, extremely satisfied, across four separate areas: internet speed, connection reliability, customer service, and the price paid for the service. Each provider's average score across these four areas was calculated individually, the four averages were then blended together in equal parts to create one overall figure, and the provider with the highest combined score takes the award.
