Announcing the internet provider Australians rated highest for customer service in WhistleOut's 2026 survey.
Aussie Broadband wins the Internet Customer Satisfaction - Customer Service award for the second year running, scoring an improved 4.19 out of 5, up from 4.1 out of 5 last year.
Customer service satisfaction with a home internet provider is judged here through a survey of more than 1,000 Australians, with a provider only qualifying once at least 50 of its customers responded, each having used the service for three months or longer so feedback reflects a settled view rather than a first impression. Respondents who had dealt with their internet provider's customer service team rated that experience on a scale of 1 to 5, from extremely dissatisfied to extremely satisfied. The scores for each provider were averaged, and the highest average takes out the award.
