Announcing the internet provider Australians rated highest for price satisfaction in WhistleOut's 2026 survey.
Vodafone wins the Internet Customer Satisfaction - Price award with a score of 4.1 out of 5. While this was the lowest scoring category overall, that is perhaps unsurprising given research shows most people consider changing plans because of cost.
What customers think of their internet bill decides this award, drawn from a survey of more than 1,000 Australians about their home internet service. Only providers reaching at least 50 responses from customers who had used the service for three months or more were included. Respondents disclosed what they pay monthly for their internet and rated how satisfied they were with that price on a scale of 1, extremely dissatisfied, to 5, extremely satisfied. Averaging the price satisfaction figures by provider decided the result, and the highest scoring provider wins the award.
