Superloop's reputation for fast NBN has been confirmed once more, winning the Customer Satisfaction - Internet Speed award for the second year running. With a winning score of 4.32 out of 5, Superloop has slightly improved its customer satisfaction levels for speed of service.
How we judge this award
Speed satisfaction, reported directly by customers, is what this award measures, drawn from a survey of more than 1,000 Australians about their home internet experience. Providers only become eligible once at least 50 of their customers responded, each having held the service for a minimum of three months to ensure the feedback is based on genuine, ongoing use. Respondents rated their satisfaction with the speed of their home internet on a scale from 1, extremely dissatisfied, to 5, extremely satisfied. Those ratings were averaged for every qualifying provider, and the provider posting the highest average speed satisfaction figure wins.
