Kayo Sports is getting another price hike next month

After seeing price hikes to Premium and Standard plans back in March and June of 2025, respectively, Kayo Sport customers are set to face yet another price increase come next month. According to Kayo's website, the price for Kayo Premium will go up to $45.99 per month from $40 per month, while Kayo Standard customers will technically pay 1c less at $29.99 per month (previously $30) once the price changes come into effect on February 5.

Apart from the updated pricing, the inclusions for both Kayo plans will remain unchanged. That's HD streaming on one device for Standard customers, and 4K streaming on two devices for Premium customers.

This will be the second time in less than 12 months that Kayo Premium customers have been asked to pay more without any additional benefits. Kayo "Basic" was renamed Kayo Premium in March 2025 and simultaneously saw a price increase of $5 per month, going from $35 to $40 per month.A few short months later, the new Kayo Basic (formerly Kayo One) also received a price increase, rising from $25 to $30 per month.

It's a hefty increase over the space of a single year, with Premium customers effectively paying roughly 31% more per month than they were at the start of 2025.

Kayo offers a seven-day free trial for all new customers but there are some limited-time offers too. Currently, new customers can find a few Kayo deals, such as an introductory $1 deal for the first month of Kayo Premium. After that, the price will automatically revert to the advertised retail pricing and continue on a monthly basis until you cancel.

There's also an ongoing monthly discount of $20 or $10 per month for eligible Optus customers via Optus Subhub to take advantage of. Here are those eligible plans:
