Australian Netflix is getting every Harry Potter movie

Get your wands and remote controls ready, because this summer Netflix Australia will have every Harry Potter movie available for your viewing pleasure.

For muggles who may not know them all by heart, that's:

• Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
• Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
• Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
• Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
• Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
• Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
• Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1
• Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2

All titles will be available from January 15. Shame it won't be in time for Christmas.

It's unlikely to be a coincidence that this announcement comes on the heels of Stan's massive Christmas coup, netting the rights to 36 popular titles from Disney, Pixar, Marvel and the Star Wars franchise including recent hits like Avengers: Infinity War, Coco, Black Panther and Solo: A Star Wars Story.

If you want to get your Potter on this summer and don't have a subscription to Netflix yet, monthly membership starts at $9.99 with no contract. If you want to check out the Disney magic on Stan, it's a round $10 per month, again with no contract.
