While April was a big month for Disney Plus, May is a little quieter. A few solid series are returning across the documentary category (Tucci in Italy), period dramas (Rivals) and comedy (Deli Boys) — each debuting their second season.
However, Disney Plus' superhero game remains strong with The Punisher: One Last Kill coming to streaming on May 12 and series like Daredevil: Born Again and Star Wars: Maul - Shadow Lord continuing into May. Here's a couple of highlights of what we're excited for and a full roster of what to expect on Disney Plus this May.
Rivals Season 2
Continuing TV series | May 15
Based on Dame Jilly Cooper's best-selling Novel, Rivals is set in 1986 in the Cotswolds and follows the rivalry between Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Baddingham.
It's a hilarious take on how workplace competition can spill over into personal lives with disastrous, awkward and side-splitting consequences.

Jon Bernthal's portrayal of Frank Castle, aka 'The Punisher', spanned two seasons on Netflix and is now getting a solo send-off on Disney Plus ahead of his appearance in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
While Castle struggles to find meaning beyond seeking revenge, he dons the white skull face yet again and makes an unexpected return to the crime-fighting world for one last kill.
Fun fact: One Last Kill marks Bernthal's first writing credit.
